Terms of use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms govern the use of brefai.fr. By browsing the site, you accept them.

Service

BrefAI offers a free watch of artificial intelligence news: article summaries, events, regulation and a newsletter.

Access

The site is free to access. The publisher strives to keep it available but cannot guarantee it at all times, especially during maintenance or technical incidents.

Creating an account and subscribing to the newsletter are reserved for people aged 15 and over or, below that age, for those who have the consent of a holder of parental authority (article 45 of the French Informatique et Libertés law).

Content

Summaries are produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools, then published automatically. They may contain errors or inaccuracies: always refer to the original source, linked from each summary, before making a decision.

Published information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.

Links to third-party sites are provided for your information; BrefAI is not responsible for their content.

Newsletter

The Morning Brief is free. It is only activated once you confirm via the link sent by email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, or by writing to contact@brefai.fr from the subscribed address with the subject "Unsubscribe".

Personal data

The data you entrust to us (email address, account, favorites, followed sectors) is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which explains how it is collected, processed and protected, and how to retrieve or erase it.

Intellectual property

The site's elements (texts, visual identity, logo) are protected. You may share links to the site; any other reproduction requires the publisher's prior consent.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
